Duke City Sleep Out

The Duke City Sleep Out is a city-wide fundraiser to benefit persons who are homeless in Albuquerque.  Participants secure pledges from family, friends and employers to give up their warm beds to raise awareness and money.

Activities at the group Sleep Out site include music, movie, snacks and contests.   Persons and groups are also invited to gather pledges to sleep out in their own backyards, church parking lots and school yards.  Participants also recieve a t-shirt recognizing their participation.
