Volunteers Needed for 2011 Sleep Out!

Volunteers are needed to help with the event on June 10th and 11th.    The Sleep Out is our largest fundraising event of the year and we need all the help we can get.  If you have questions, call Tiffany Ficklin at (505) 239-5809 or email.  Below is a list of duties and responsibilities:

• Working Registration at the front
• Working the Sales Table
• Ushers
• Runners
• Waste Management
• Pre-Event Setup
  • Stuffing Welcome Bags
  • Setting Up Banners
  • Setting up Tables and Chairs
• Post-Event Tear-Down
  • General Clean up of Park
  • Garbage Pick-up
  • Take down Banners
  • Take down Tables and Chairs
  • Transport and Store Equipment at AOC.
